How to Return or Exchange an Item +

Enjoy the comfort of trying your purchase at home. Shop with peace of mind knowing that our return and exchange policy is straightforward and flexible. You may choose to exchange your item or return it for a refund or store credit.

  • 14-day return & exchange window
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping time is not counted in this window.
  • Returns are free of charge if shipped back within 2 days of delivery.
  • If returned within 2 days, we will refund your return shipping costs.
  • If returned between days 3–14, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Returns made between 3–14 days will be credited to your next order.
  • You may purchase a return label and schedule a collection at competitive rates.
  • When exchanging, we will always ship your replacement item.

Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, as received.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original Lantieré labels attached.
  • Boxes, bags, tags and cards must be included and in resalable condition. Packaging is part of the product.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors on a soft surface.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments.
  • Please return all items from a single order in one parcel to ensure efficient processing.


Important Information:

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or differs from its original condition. In such cases, we may deny the refund or issue only a partial refund based on the condition of the returned goods.

How to Request an Exchange +

Step 1: Send us an email at info@lantiere.com Include your order number and clearly indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange.

Step 2: Prepare your return
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition and packaging. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Step 3: Send your return to the address provided in our reply
Once received, we will process your exchange within 5 business days and notify you when the new item has been shipped.
We always ship your replacement item free of charge.

Need it sooner?
To receive your new item faster, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

How to Return an Item +

Step 1: Send us an email at info@lantiere.com
Mention your order number and let us know which item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: Pack the item(s) securely
Ensure that the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original labels and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense. You may choose your preferred courier.

Step 3: Ship the parcel to the address provided in our reply
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Incorrect or Faulty Items +

At Lantieré, every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our distribution centre. An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged, or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase.
Please note: items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty.*

Incorrect item
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer support and include a photo of the item and the shipping label (box). We will exchange the incorrect item(s) at our expense.

Faulty item
If you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer support immediately with a photo of the item. If possible, we will offer to repair the item. Should you prefer an exchange, we will replace it with the same item in the same size (subject to availability).
If a replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
