Our average delivery time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note the following conditions:
- Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday
- Remote areas, such as islands, may experience slight delays
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes

**In the case of returns, if the kept items fall below the €100 threshold, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Once your parcel has been processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the link in that email to follow your shipment and check the estimated delivery date.

- You cannot change your address or cancel/modify your order after it has been placed, due to our automated fulfillment process. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

EU Orders:
We ship all orders from our distribution partner in the Netherlands (EU). This means that if you are ordering from within the EU, no import duties or customs fees apply.
UK Orders:

Non-EU Orders:
For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs authorities may apply import duties and/or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Lantieré does not cover any import-related fees. If you are unsure about applicable duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. If you are located outside the EU, sales tax (VAT) will be refunded by Lantieré. For assistance, please contact our customer support.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking details first.**
1. Delivery status: Delivered
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, we kindly recommend checking with your household or neighbors to see if the parcel was received in your name. If it remains missing, please contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations may take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 4 business days.
2. Delivery status: No updates or error code
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days (5–10), or if an error code appears, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Our customer service team can also open an investigation with the shipping partner. These investigations may take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 3 business days.
3. Delivery status: Returned to sender
If tracking indicates the parcel has been returned to our distribution partner, please contact our customer support. We will investigate the reason for return and arrange to re-ship your order.

Lantieré is not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Once you have received an order confirmation by email, it is no longer possible to change your shipping details or cancel your order. To ensure fast delivery, we work with an automated fulfillment partner — orders are prepared for dispatch almost immediately after confirmation. If you have entered incorrect address details, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
