Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to activate the tracking link. If you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder. For delivery issues, see the section below.
When will I receive my exchanged item?

Once we’ve received your return, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3–6 business days. You’ll receive a new tracking link once it’s on the way. Please note: we can’t confirm receipt until your return has been fully processed. If your requested item is sold out, we’ll notify you and handle any price differences accordingly.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued. Please note: we don’t send a confirmation upon receipt, and can only provide updates once your return has been fully processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation, it’s no longer possible to cancel or change your order or shipping details. Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you made a mistake in your address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
