1. Delivery status: Delivered
If the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered, we kindly suggest asking your household members or nearby neighbors if they have received the parcel in your name. f the package is still missing, please contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 4 business days.
2. Delivery status: No updates / error code
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days (5–10), or if an error is shown, we advise you to contact the carrier directly. Our customer service team can also launch an investigation with the shipping company. These investigations may take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 3 business days.
3. Delivery status: Returned to sender
If your parcel has been returned to our distribution partner, please contact customer support. We will investigate the cause and re-ship your item accordingly.

If incorrect address details were entered by the customer at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to the wrong location or returned by the carrier.
